A leading product company is looking for a Design Director to help take their platform to the next level and spearhead Design culture. You will be tasked with creating a seamless experience on both web & mobile applications whilst effectively leading and managing the existing team.

You will need to be an expert who's had experience in product road mapping and overseeing the design process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on a top-rated mobile app aimed at a high level of consumers in the UAE Region.

Previous experience required:

- 7+ years of experience designing products
- Expert knowledge of best practice professional design principles
- Experience facilitating workshops/ideation sessions
- Previous experience collaborating with Product Managers / BAs / Engineers
- Experience dealing with Senior Stakeholders
- 2-3 years proven experience effectively helping to build & scale design teams
