​Our client – a fast-growing beauty brand – is looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead their people strategy and help scale the team as the brand enters its next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven company at an early stage and make a genuine impact.

The Role - (4 days a week in office)

As Head of HR, you’ll work directly with the founders to build and shape a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven team. You’ll lead across all core HR functions — from recruitment and performance to culture and compliance — while setting up the right systems and policies for scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end people strategy in line with company growth plans

  • Lead recruitment efforts across all departments (creative, operations, marketing, etc.)

  • Build and maintain a strong, inclusive company culture

  • Develop performance management, learning, and development frameworks

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations (contracts, onboarding, benefits, compliance, etc.)

  • Advise founders and leadership on all people-related matters

What We're Looking For

  • 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

  • Strong generalist HR background with exposure to both strategic and hands-on work

  • Proven experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment

  • Passion for building culture, not just managing processes

Bonus: experience in fashion, retail, or creative industries
