Job description

Our client is undergoing ambitious growth and is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead a high-performing in-house team while partnering closely with a newly appointed global media agency. This is a strategic leadership role suited to a technically proficient marketer with a strong focus on ROI, performance optimisation, and scalable digital acquisition across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution across all core performance marketing channels, including Paid Search (PPC), SEO, Affiliates, Display, and Paid Social.

  • Own and optimise KPIs such as ROAS, digital share, cost of sale, and customer acquisition performance.

  • Drive a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making

  • Guide and develop a growing internal team, while collaborating with global agency partners.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationships with full commercial accountability.

  • Act as a centre of excellence for performance marketing across both global and regional teams.

  • Lead strategies across marketing technology, analytics, and attribution to drive continuous improvement.​

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within global or high-growth digital organisations.

  • A proven track record of managing substantial budgets and delivering measurable results.

  • Deep expertise across all major performance marketing channels and marketing technologies
