We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join a leading FS organisation at the forefront of AI-powered Fintech digital product innovation. Based in Abu Dhabi, this is an opportunity to shape the user experience of complex, data-driven platforms used across multiple industries.

Our client is investing heavily AI innovation, this role will be an IC position, leading full cycle design process, to ship internal and external facing products (mobile, web, desktop, apps)

As UI/UX Designer, you will take the lead in translating product requirements into elegant wireframes, flows and visual designs that support usability and user engagement. You will play a central role in designing and maintaining components and design systems for consistent experience across AI applications, ensuring scalability across platforms and devices.

You will be deeply involved in user research, usability testing and iterative reviews, and will collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure design precision is maintained through to execution. Reporting into the Head of AI Products. 

Strong communication and presentation skills will be required to deliver designs to Senior Management. 

Discover the requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in UI/UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing work on data-driven or AI-powered applications

• Experience in Financial Services / Fintech / Banking - designing AI powered products

• Strong understanding of UX research methods and accessibility standards

• Experience working in squads, acting as the lead for design
