• End-to-end product design experience — from discovery to delivery

• Background in AI-driven or complex/enterprise-grade products

• Time spent in both high-growth startups and large tech environments.

As the Lead PD, you will: Lead a small (and growing) team of 3 designers, working closely with PMs and engineers to craft AI-powered products used at scale.
