We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join a leading immersive technology agency in their Dubai office. This firm specializes in creating high end experiential activations and digital environments for some of the most prestigious brands and government entities across the Middle East.

As the first dedicated business development hire for this office, you will work directly with the Managing Director to build a pipeline of medium to large scale immersive projects. This is a pivotal role for a professional who understands how to navigate the creative landscape of the GCC and translate high level conversations into actionable technical briefs.

You will split your focus equally between the UAE and KSA markets. You will be responsible for the front end of the sales cycle, which involves opening doors, qualifying client intent, and ensuring technical requirements are clearly defined before handing projects over to the delivery team.

This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical understanding. You will manage the entire outreach process using modern tools and maintain strict CRM discipline to ensure all opportunities are tracked and optimized.

• Five to eight years of experience within the experiential, audiovisual, or digital sectors Proven track record of winning business within the UAE and KSA markets

• Ability to discuss budgets with marketing leads and technical scope with producers

• Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and business pace in both Dubai and Riyadh Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar modern CRM platforms

• Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage A valid driving license is essential for this role

• Valid driver’s license.
