As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for day to day client operations. You will function as an extension of the marketing teams for your clients, gaining a deep understanding of their brand strategy and project objectives. This role requires a blend of relationship management and commercial acumen, as you will lead integrated project teams across design and procurement to deliver flawless brand experiences.

Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to deliver events, fit outs, and digital content Identify new business opportunities and secure repeat business to grow account revenue Develop and present creative proposals and responses to RFQs Oversee project budgets and ensure accounts meet specific margin targets Source and negotiate with third party suppliers to ensure high quality service delivery Lead the design and project management teams from the initial brief through to final delivery Build quarterly progress reports and account revenue forecasts Collaborate with global counterparts on international projects

Discover the requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in account management Proven experience working with a creative or design team

  • A track record of successfully managing accounts for Fortune 200 brands

  • Strong ability to work under your own initiative within a fast paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail

  • Previous experience in the marketing, events, or exhibition industry is preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 35 percent for project requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Valid driver’s license

  • 4+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
