We are hiring a Software Delivery Manager to work onsite with a leading semi-government real estate entity in Saudi Arabia, generating over 1 billion SAR in annual revenue. The role will see you embedded within a strategic digital transformation initiative, overseeing delivery of a unified digital platform designed to support large-scale B2B and B2C real estate services.

This is a consultancy-led project, where you will be seconded by a global strategy consultancy and act as the key delivery lead across multiple streams for this real estate giant.

You will be responsible for setting up governance, managing delivery plans, liaising with third-party development partners, and ensuring successful implementation of digital platforms across mobile and web. You will also lead day-to-day coordination of SDLC operations, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations.

6+ years in digital delivery or project management, with at least 2 years in consulting
Proven experience delivering large-scale platform or portal solutions
Deep knowledge of SDLC frameworks, Agile and PMO structures
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Experience with project tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar
Fluent in Arabic and English
