Job description

We are working with a leading Media company that offers a suite of e-commerce automation platforms. Due to our client's vision to empower the growth of the e-commerce space in the Middle East, they are now seeking 4 experienced Heads of Sales to join the business and each manage a different product set.

We are looking for someone with 10 years of sales experience within the Digital Media space with the ability to manage & communicate with a large team of sales members. You need to have the motivation and passion to drive the sales process successfully. 

We are looking for an expert in any of the following areas - Social Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, and OEM on device marketing.

Primary/Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
- Maintain relationships with team members by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Supervise sales team to ensure increased sales and profitability.
- Recommending profit and service improvements.
- Present at related events representing my client.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare Sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Work with all cross-functional teams towards my client's vision and goals.
- Deliver on agreed KPIs to be Set.

Ideal candidate capabilities:

- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Digital Media Experience.
- Ability to manage & communicate with a large team of sales members.
- Ability to drive the sales process successfully.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales Planning skills.
- Solid Knowledge of CRM practices.
- Basic Knowledge of MS applications.
- Fluent in spoken/written English & Arabic.
