One of the region's largest digital transformation consultancies, my client is currently seeking a Lead SOC Engineer with a demonstrated track record of building and managing a strong core Engineering team within a SOC environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading one or more key areas of the SOC Technical Operations. Helping to drive and deliver on the technical strategy and roadmap.

You will be tasked with leading a team of security engineers, platform engineers, firewall engineers, endpoint engineers, EDR engineers, DLP engineers, IPS engineers, hardware engineers, VMware engineers, and automation engineers, assisting them with the integration of security systems into next-generation SOC environments, managing the infrastructure, and leading the team to integrate clients into the SOC and drive implementation of SOC services.

The job will entail leading the deployment of the SOC security tools such as those providing detection, analysis, response, reporting, machine learning and monitoring.

Ideally, you will have over a decade worth of IT Security engineering experience, with at least one year of hands-on management leading engineering teams and experience with deploying high-quality integrations in a security operations environment.

Certifications such as CISSP, PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNP, CCIE, CCA, VMware would be preferred.
