Mobile Finance Sales Manager

We’re currently partnered with a multinational organization that has recently launched a brand-new arm to their business. They’re looking to onboard a Mobile Finance Sales Manager to help achieve their ambitious goals and drive the company forward. 


- Correspond with the head of mobile financial services through development & deployment to achieve goals
- Oversee campaigns & promotions in coordination with stakeholders for business expansion
- Analyse the overall customer acquisition numbers & performance
- Responsible for the successful execution of all operations procedures and policies
- Create launch plans and prioritise key strategic steps for the sales channel, coordinate with regional resources and secure execution of plans
- Oversee onboarding policies, procedures and subsequent commission pay-outs
- To initiate, review and manage new Sales Projects and assist the head of sales & marketing in strategic initiatives & projects
- Develop and provide insight into sales channel penetration strategy and put into execution for financial services products
- Ensuring that all operational issues faced by sales channels, marketing & finance teams are resolved promptly


- 8+ years of sales experience
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
