We have a great opportunity for a Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant for an Abu Dhabi based Consultancy.

Your role as an Oracle HCM Consultant will be to understand business requirements and map them into system functionalities. Your responsibilities will include providing effort estimate, cost and delivery timelines, preparing design documents (Technical & Functional), unit testing, preparing test plan and test cases. As a technical role, you will also fix software defects identified during software acceptance phase, as as well as configuration changes and/or enhancements to the current Oracle HCM application.

This is a senior role that requires extensive professional Oracle HCM experience. Therefore, qualifying candidates will need over 10yrs of related experience, including very strong usage of Oracle HCM in a professional environment.
