​Location: RELOCATE TO Bangkok, Thailand

Salary: 5-7K usd per month

Core Responsibilities:

● Secure direct, high-trust channels (APIs, fast-track abuse desks, whitelists) with Google Safe Browsing, Microsoft Defender, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and major TLD registries.

● Negotiate MOUs and data-sharing agreements that give us priority status for phishing takedowns.

● Design and enforce an end-to-end workflow—detection → verification → escalation → confirmation—under a strict < 6-hour SLA.

● Hire and lead a small team of partnership managers and abuse-ops analysts; own budget and KPIs.

● Integrate partner feeds into our threat-intel stack; keep Legal and SOC fully aligned.

● Represent the company at trust-and-safety forums (APWG, M3AAWG, FIRST) and publish joint success metrics.

Must-Have Experience

● 8+ years in abuse operations, trust & safety, brand protection, or threat intel, with proven rapid domain takedown results.

● A personal network inside multiple registrar, CDN, or Big Tech abuse teams.

● Deep knowledge of DNS, WHOIS, registrar/registry policy, ICANN RAA, UDRP/URS, DMARC, SPF, DKIM.

● Documented success negotiating API or data-feed access for phishing or malware remediation.

● Strong project-lead skills: hiring, budgeting, KPI design, exec-level reporting.

● Clear, assertive communicator able to push partners and regulators to act fast.

Nice to Have

● Previous roles at Netcraft, ZeroFox, PhishLabs, Google TAG, Cloudflare Abuse, MarkMonitor, or similar.

● Active participation in APWG, FIRST, or M3AAWG.

● Certifications such as CISSP or CIPP/E.
