Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. This role focuses on day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, training and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud users, logging and resolving issues.
Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
Troubleshoot user access, role mapping, and Fiori navigation.
Coordinate with SAP on patches, releases, and security updates.
Deliver user training and create support documentation.
Perform minor configuration changes, testing, and validation during deployments.
Contribute to Fit-to-Standard workshops and maintain process knowledge base.
Requirements:
5+ years SAP support/consulting experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (mandatory).
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and core modules (Finance, Procurement, Sales).
Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
Strong communication skills and ability to train users.
SAP certifications a plus; exposure to SAP BTP also an advantage.
