They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives across software and infrastructure. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and coordinating multi-functional project teams across software and infrastructure projects

• Managing timelines, scope, resources, and risk across both Agile and traditional frameworks

• Translating business goals into technical plans and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders

• Supporting automation, process optimisation, and delivery efficiency across departments

• Using tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage deliverables and workflows

• Reporting on progress, blockers, and solutions in a structured and proactive manner

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing software-centric projects or programs in tech environments

• Strong understanding of systems architecture, application development, and infrastructure

• Proven experience working with distributed ledger technology in real-world use cases

• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and traditional project management frameworks

• Excellent communicator with a track record of bridging business and engineering teams

• Experience optimising workflows and scaling operational processes

• Comfortable using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

• PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP or similar certifications (preferred or in progress)

• Prior experience in the crypto or Web3 space is essential
