​Position Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the agile development process for our trading platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. We are seeking a Scrum Master with a background in trading platforms to bring industry-specific expertise to our development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and facilitator for one or more agile development teams.

• Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles and agile practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to prioritize and deliver features.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team to inspect and adapt.

• Remove impediments and shield the team from external interruptions to ensure focus on deliverables.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Provide transparency into team progress, using metrics and reporting tools.

• Ensure that the team is following agile best practices and principles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a trading platform or financial services environment.

• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and related technologies.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is highly desirable.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong knowledge of JIRA or similar agile project management tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A proactive problem solver with a focus on achieving results.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a trading platform or financial services setting.
