We’ve partnered with one of Riyadh’s most ambitious digital ecosystems. Although they’ve grown very quickly as a business, their product function is still in its early stages - they have a small team of Product Managers supporting a large engineering organisation.

They’ve recently brought in senior product leadership to transform the company from a tech-led organisation into a truly product-led one, and are now hiring multiple Product Manager II’s & Senior Product Managers to help drive that shift.

This is an opportunity to join at a formative moment for the product organisation, helping shape how product works across the company while owning meaningful problem spaces end-to-end.

The role can be based in Riyadh or Dubai (with monthly travel to Riyadh).

​

• You’ll own meaningful product problems across one of several product areas within the company’s ecosystem.

• The organisation is being structured into multiple product squads, covering areas such as the core platform, new vertical products, subscriptions and growth initiatives, B2B partner tooling, and platform capabilities.

• As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of product initiatives from problem discovery through to solution delivery and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership stakeholders.

• This role is about true product ownership rather than delivery management — you’ll be expected to shape problems, drive strategy within your space, and make decisions that influence the direction of the platform.

Strong Product Managers who can operate autonomously and independently, owning problems end-to-end rather than simply executing requirements.

You should be comfortable:

• Leading product discovery and defining problems clearly before jumping to solutions.

• Working closely with engineering teams to bring complex products to life.

• Challenging stakeholders and pushing back when needed.

• Bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.

• Driving product decisions using strong PM fundamentals and structured thinking.

The current product team is quite junior, so they’re specifically looking for strong IC-level PMs who can raise the bar and act as role models within the team.

• Experience operating as a Senior Product Manager in a scaling technology company.

• Strong fundamentals across discovery, validation, and product delivery.

• Experience working in product-led organisations or helping drive that shift.

• Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams.

• Background in platforms, fintech, marketplaces, or ecosystem products is helpful but not essential.

Domain expertise may be particularly valuable for some areas (for example payments or fintech within new product verticals), but strong product thinking is far more important than specific industry experience.
