We’re working with a scaling start-up in Abu Dhabi that’s building some of the region’s most futuristic and technically complex platforms.

As part of a newly formed project & delivery function, they’re now hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to help keep delivery moving across multiple product and engineering teams.

This is a hands-on TPM role, sitting between product, engineering, and delivery - focused on deployments, integrations, and getting complex technical work live properly, not just tracking tickets or running ceremonies.

• Driving delivery across multiple products and teams.

• Supporting deployments, integrations, and release readiness.

• Keeping teams aligned, dependencies managed, and delivery flowing.

• Operating in an Agile environment, adapting as teams and products scale.

Discover the requirements

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in a highly technical environment

• Comfortable working day-to-day with developers and engineers

• Strong exposure to deployments and system delivery

• Delivery-first mindset with solid Agile experience.

• Background in computer science or development is ideal (but not essential).

• Open on industry background - cybersecurity experience would be a big bonus.
