As Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will: 

- Define the agile delivery and production environments including policies, processes HW and SW setup
- Influence technical, business and design teams, including vendors, to embrace the Agile method
- Build a trusting environment where problems can be raised without fear and everyone is focused on problem resolution in positive atmosphere 
- Guide the team towards self-organising
- Support top management and wider organization to learn and embrace Agile, leading by example
- Develop proper structure to deliver a major company project with Agile
- Run several work streams with several teams in parallel day-to-day

For this position you will have at least 10 years of significant experience playing Scrum Master role on big projects, while demonstrated past success running multi-stream projects with Agile. 

You knowledge and skill will use a variety Agile techniques including most of the following.- User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.  Ideally Second level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II) with Project Management Training (PMP/Agile/Prince2/Scrum).
