We recently helped them hire their new Product Design Manager, and now we’re supporting the growth of their wider design team. You’ll join a specific product vertical and work across multiple products on both web and mobile. Day-to-day, you’ll be partnering with several PMs, collaborating closely with other designers, bouncing ideas around, and helping each other level up.

You’ll also have real influence over how design operates across the team - improving process, raising the quality bar, ensuring consistency, running user interviews, usability testing, and staying deeply connected to how customers actually behave.

They’re looking for someone who’s spent time in a top-tier Web3 environment and, importantly, someone who is truly immersed in the space. That’s a must. They want designers who use these products, who understand the ecosystem, and who care about where this industry is going.

Strong design craft is essential, backed by a portfolio that genuinely shows depth. Long work tenures matter to them too - people who’ve been through multiple product launches, iterations, re-designs, and deep product evolution, not just short stints.

They have offices across Asia, but can offer fully remote working from EMEA.

They’re offering a very strong package - up to $120k USD, plus equity, bonus, and additional local benefits. Visa support is available where required.
