We’re currently partnered with an exciting e-commerce startup who are funded & backed by a leading GCC group. Having received significant funding, they’re now looking to build a world-class team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

One role they’re looking to hire is a Product Lead focusing on Merchant & Commercial. This position offers a unique opportunity in a highly dynamic market environment.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Build and manage a dedicated product team consisting of researchers, designers, and developers - ensure the team's efficiency and people growth
- Play a decisive role in the product vision definition in your product area
- Understand customers' and merchants' needs, design journeys and analyse CJMs, identify opportunities via research, market gaps or cutting-edge technical insights
- Drive product growth - prioritise opportunities, test them and make them live
- Analyze product metrics, be responsible for them, gather and analyse customer feedback
- Build product processes within and outside of the team, communicate with stakeholders
- Gather product requirements, manage the backlog
