We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a growing startup, based in Dubai. They are a ground-breaking start-up in MENA with a growing portfolio of products and an expanding geographical footprint.

The role:

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing short and long-term product goals and strategies. You will manage the product roadmap to support the goals and strategies and responsible for the product unit economics (CoR, ARPU, LTV and CAC).

Experience required:

- 6+ years’ experience in product management for software products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science
- Solid knowledge in ranking algorithms; segmentation; machine learning
- Experience in conversation rates and bookings
- Possess the business understanding and have passion for software, mobile apps and features
- Experience working within an agile development process
- Proven track record of taking new products from concept to launch
- Strong background on leading UX/UI projects and UX best practices
- Demonstrative experience in leading development of web and app e-commerce projects
- Knowledge of A/B Testing and tools, including reporting and analysis of new features
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and organizational skills

Salary/Benefits:

This position will be based in Dubai, UAE and is offering up to 35,000 AED p/month (TAX-FREE) + visa/sponsorship/private health insurance, annual leave.
