Discovered are recruiting on behalf of a global brand to hire a Senior UX/UI designer to join their Dubai-based design & innovation hub. 

Our client is a tech-first organisation, offering their services in multiple continents and is currently on a mission to improve their existing products as well as build new ones. 

This is a critical hire for their Product Team and we are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer with experience in designing applications across mobile and web for high-volume consumer products. 

Required experience: 

- 6+ years of mobile app and website UX/UI design experience

- Expertise in Figma, Miro, InVision, Sketch and other design/prototype tools

- Experience working in product teams, collaborating with engineers

- Agile scrum environment experience

- Strategic design thinking and leadership

- Experience in leading end-to-end design processes, from definition and discovery, through design, build, test, release and maintenance

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an advocate of design and someone who has experience of working alongside leadership to own the design process in their agile team.
