We have partnered with a leading food ordering platform here in Dubai who are looking for a Senior Visual Design Manager to manage and lead the development of the brand's visual representations across all digital touchpoints and create visually attractive and successful advertising assets for all of their digital platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

- Ensures team engagement by incorporating ideas from the team
- Helps team members to improve with feedback and development plans
- Facilitates collaboration within the team. e.g. with Visual Bar reviews
- Manage high-level stakeholders across Product, Marketing Communication, and Leadership in order to support high-impact projects
- Advocate for appropriate visual design methods to understand user demands and to identify and assess, processes and tools to study the effects of the client's user experience and visual experience
- Participating in the creation and implementation of Visual Design strategy, policies, processes, and standards, as well as promoting best practices within the company
- Create and oversee the Creative QA process, develop visual design brand guidelines and design templates for designers in all countries to use and adhere to

Qualifications: 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading visual and creative designers
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing comprehensive UI design and creative work, this portfolio demonstrates a deep knowledge of visual design expertise and talents.
- Working well under pressure and thriving in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in adobe creative suite
- Prior experience in conceptualizing and creating advertising assets and developing branding for global brands is required
