We’re a global consulting company expanding our Saudi Arabia practice and looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help shape modern digital architectures and guide clients through complex transformations.

This is a chance to be a founding member in KSA, work across industries like banking, fintech, telecom, and public sector, and drive solutions that truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Define target architectures for digital solutions (core banking, payments, channels, integrations).

• Lead technical design & proposals and present to both engineers and C-level executives.

• Guide delivery teams and ensure architectural integrity through implementation.

• Modernize legacy systems and help teams adopt cloud-native, microservices-based approaches.

• Prepare high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other pre-sales documentation,

• ensuring compliance with requirements and clear value articulation,

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Being hands-on but also having the right skills to manage a team

• 7- 10 years’ experience, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.

• Strong programming background — able to read and analyze code (legacy and modern).

• Experience modernizing architectures and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud-native environments, microservices, and integration patterns.

• Banking/financial services experience is a strong plus (compliance, security, customer data).

• Excellent communication & presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
