Discovered MENA is partnering with one of the UAE’s most recognized and sustainable consumer brand houses to appoint a tactical and ROI-driven Ad Manager.

This isn't a role for someone who just "runs ads." We are looking for a digital architect to own a complex ecosystem and drive a high-growth brand toward its next $100M milestone.

The Mission

As the tactical engine of our paid media, you will move beyond simple execution into holistic ecosystem management. Your focus is not merely optimizing spend, but qualifying traffic, managing agency partners, and ensuring every dirham delivers a high-impact ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Holistic Performance: Execute deep-dives into Meta, Google, and Affiliate Marketing to drive consistent, high-converting traffic.

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Apply analytical rigor to make real-time decisions that optimize 7-figure media campaigns.

  • Collaborative Creative: Partner with internal Creative and Brand teams to develop "battle-tested" assets designed to win on social platforms.

  • Ecosystem Mastery: Take ownership of the "Marketplace" piece of growth, balancing promotion-led tactics with long-term brand equity.

The Profile

  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven success within the FMCG or Electronics sectors.

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the back-end of Meta and Google Ads Manager.

  • The "Hustle" Mindset: Comfortable in a high-octane, fast-paced brand house and thrives in data-heavy environments.

  • Promotion Expert: Skilled at navigating tactical sales spikes without diluting core brand value.
