Job Description:

As an AI Product Team Lead, you will spearhead the growth of an exciting auto ML engine product from its early stages. Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with experience in building AI products or working within data-driven organizations, such as ad tech or B2C. Your expertise in connecting R&D to business, combined with your analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills, will thrive in this fast-paced and exhilarating environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams, fueling innovation and breakthrough solutions.

• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments, ensuring seamless execution.

• Translate product strategy and business logic into clear and compelling product requirements for our talented R&D teams.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, development, research, marketing, investments, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring success and market impact for the entire organization.

• Lead and mentor the local product team, empowering them to excel in their day-to-day tasks and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dynamic product management or data science role within an AI/ML/B2C/ad-tech/data-centric company, where you've thrived in the forefront of innovation.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with exceptional presentation, public speaking abilities with strong listening skills, open to feedback, and flourishing in transparent and collaborative environments where ideas come to life.

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Sciences (Math, Physics, etc.), Statistics, or a related field, demonstrating your academic prowess and commitment to excellence.
