Our client is a leading, global online business who are currently undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. As part of this transformation, we are looking to build and add to their web and mobile e-commerce team. The role of Business Analyst will be to develop the solution architecture to cover technical and functional solutions for the business. Here you’ll join a team with the goal of improving the digital customer experience.

In this role, you’ll take part in workshops, capturing and refining user stories, work with the Scrum teams to ensure technical solutions meet the requirements that have been set-out. Here you will work closely with other BAs and Product Owners to ensure a smooth end-to-end solution.

We’re seeking a strong communicator who can interact with stakeholders, translate requirements, provide inputs and directions, evaluate CMS (Content Management System) products, produce standards and define the best practices and implementation processes.

For this position, you will need a solid understanding and background in SDL Tridion and its features, such as; Translation, Security and Workflows. A knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS would be ideal, and previous experience of training content teams on new implementations.
