As a Business Analytics Manager you will lead the function for the business and work closely with our Leadership Team and provide financial analysis and reports to provide actionable insights.

• Analyze agent profitability, providing actionable insights.

• Optimize discount strategies to reduce costs.

• Monitor online performance spend via Google/Facebook.

• Create interactive reports to communicate vital insights.

Discovered the Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years with Business Data Analysis

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Financial Analysis and reporting experience

• Profit/Loss experience

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in report writing and communication.

• Proven experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
