Job description

A strategic commercial position within a rapidly growing SaaS product in the workforce and HR technology domain. This role will own revenue expansion across the Middle East, partnering with enterprise clients and accelerating ARR growth.

Responsibilities

  • • Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, pursue and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals.

  • Build a predictable sales pipeline.

  • • Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term relationships with HR, Operations and C-suite buyers.

  • Lead solution demos, proposals and RFP responses.

  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing and customer success.

  • Share market feedback to influence product roadmap.

  • • Commercial Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.

  • Track activity metrics, win rates and revenue KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in B2B SaaS sales or business development.

  • Proven track record of closing mid-market/enterprise deals.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in HR technology, PeopleOps, or productivity SaaS.

Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
