Job description
A strategic commercial position within a rapidly growing SaaS product in the workforce and HR technology domain. This role will own revenue expansion across the Middle East, partnering with enterprise clients and accelerating ARR growth.
Responsibilities
• Market Expansion & Revenue Growth
Identify, pursue and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
Develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals.
Build a predictable sales pipeline.
• Relationship Management
Nurture long-term relationships with HR, Operations and C-suite buyers.
Lead solution demos, proposals and RFP responses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing and customer success.
Share market feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Commercial Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.
Track activity metrics, win rates and revenue KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications
4–6 years in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
Proven track record of closing mid-market/enterprise deals.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in HR technology, PeopleOps, or productivity SaaS.
Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
