We are currently working with a shared business service that is a subsidiary of one of the largest banks in the United Arab Emirates.

They are looking for two Business Intelligence Managers - one BI insights and reporting and one BI Performance Management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Math/ Science/Computer Science/Engineering, Business/Finance- exposure to banking domain, BPO environment, shared services

•  5+ years of work experience in the BI domain with a minimum of three years of managerial experience

• Excellent communication skills, articulation skills, leadership skills, stakeholder & people management skills

• Certification in Performance Management & Rewards, Lean, Business Analytics, CMP, PM

•  Exposure to BI tools like SAS, Power BI etc., to drive PM process efficiency programs
