My client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the team. As the C&B analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of internal compensation and benefits data as well as market benchmarking and trend analysis

You'll also work with various stakeholders communicating forecasting and budgeting processes - whilst maintaining salary structures, job classifications and guidelines to ensure competitive pay practices!

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a compensation and benefits analysis or related HR role

• Strong proficiency in data analysis with experience using Excel or other data visualisation tools

• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

• Prior payroll experience / experience implementing software
