As a Category Manager, you own the selection of featured products and the analysis of sales trends to ensure the platform offers the best possible items to customers. You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of category performance from identifying market gaps to managing high traffic drivers like search and email. This is a data-centric position where you will pull your own insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Build and manage comprehensive product lists for major seasonal events and national campaigns.
Curate and feature top-performing products from a diverse range of merchants.
Analyze category performance and market trends to identify new opportunities and inventory gaps.
Identify winning products and merchants while improving the health and quality of listings.
Collaborate with the growth and CRM teams on precise email segmentation and multi-channel marketing.
Monitor competitor activity and adapt the platform strategy to maintain a market-leading position.
Take ownership of key traffic drivers, including search engine optimization and affiliate channels.
Discover the requirements
At least 3 years of experience in category management or marketplace operations within major e-commerce environments.
Proven track record of managing large-scale inventories exceeding.
Technical proficiency in SQL to independently extract and analyse data.
Hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Metabase or Looker.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and the mechanisms that drive digital traffic.
Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic skills are highly preferred.
