We are hiring a Creative Director, a newly formed position within a growing team, based in Dubai.

Our client is a renowned global creative agency that specializes in elevating brand demand worldwide. Established in 2012, they have a strong presence with over 10 offices located in key business hubs across the globe. Their expertise lies in creative communications, serving diverse industries such as travel, real estate, government, professional services, F&B, education, and more.

Discover the role:

As the creative lead for the Middle East region, you will be responsible for shaping and executing creative strategies that resonate with local brands and clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience as a senior-level creative director in a design agency or internal creative team. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic languages is essential, along with a track record of designing branding initiatives and scalable design systems for global campaigns.

Discover the responsibilities:

  • Inspire, lead, and motivate creative teams and other departments in a strategic manner.

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for branding, content, advertising, and media campaigns

  • Collaborate with the Global Creative Director to implement and localize creative strategies

  • Create and pitch compelling creative propositions to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Produce storyboards and scripts for videos and brand campaigns

  • Prepare concept boards to visually articulate a strategic brand vision

  • Play a key role in shaping the creative department, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development.

  • Efficiently manage resources across concurrent projects to optimize workflow in the studio.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering creative concepts through social, digital, web, and branding, as evident in your portfolio.

  • Keen awareness of current design, tech, and advertising trends.

  • Solid understanding of storytelling, interaction design, UX design, brand development, and the creative process, as well as familiarity with new platforms and technologies.
