​My client is looking for a CRM professional to join a global luxury retail business based in the UAE. This renowned brand is one of the leading companies in the fashion and lifestyle industry. The Customer relationship manager will be responsible for building customer rapport, client satisfaction, and retention, and also growing net sales from high-spending clients.

What will you be doing?

• Maximize clients' potential on high-value items and special orders.

• Support store teams in providing exceptional service to enhance relationships with top clients.

• Assist store teams in building long-lasting loyalty with their clients, increasing their return visits.

• Collaborate with internal partners for various reporting and business needs.

• Maintain regular relationships with clients.

• Identify and nurture potential new clients, growing them into top clients.

• Attend corporate events to host clients.

• Work with the Training Manager to conduct CRM-focused training sessions.

• Generate and analyze CRM KPI reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

What are we looking for:

• 3-5 years of CRM experience in the luxury/fashion industry in the Middle East

• Speak the Arabic language

• Luxury Retail background is Essential

• Prior experience using CRM systems

• A driving license is preferred

• Client-centric thinking

• Good understanding of the luxury/fashion industry

• Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people of all levels and build rapport

• Professional business acumen, analytical skills, and commercial sense; good balance between conceptual and pragmatic approach.

• Must be based in Dubai

Other information:

• 70% of the time will be spent in-stores with approx 30% based in the office
