Key Requirements
4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within SaaS, MarTech, or digital platforms.
Strong experience managing enterprise or multi-market clients.
Hands-on exposure to influencer, creator, or digital marketing programs.
Confident with data, performance metrics, and platform-led delivery.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
