• Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of multiple programmes, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Implement Agile practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders and facilitate effective communication between teams.
• Employ your financial background to oversee budgetary aspects of programmes (BSSI knowledge is a plus).
• Cultivate a results-driven environment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize your Arabic language skills as an advantage in engaging with local stakeholders.
• 10-13 years of experience in programme management.
• A minimum of 2 years in people management.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A finance background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Immediate availability in Riyadh is required.
