Our client is searching for an experienced Marketing Director to spearhead the marketing strategy for their Super App. As the Marketing Director, you'll have the exciting opportunity to manage a team of talented marketers, drive our marketing initiatives, and ensure they align with our business objectives.
Discover the role:
Develop and execute a killer marketing strategy for a leading tech platform and super app .
Your goal? Boost brand awareness, acquire more customers, and drive growth.
Plan and implement short to mid, and long-term marketing campaigns based on deep insights into user segmentation, customer needs, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial managers, product managers, content creators, and more, to create integrated marketing campaigns that effectively reach target audiences.
Work closely with the Brand team to strengthen the overall brand and sub-brands, finding the sweet spot for growth within their super app.
Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance overall performance. From digital and CRM to social media engagement, you'll be on top of it all.
Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically for maximum return on investment.
Lead and inspire our team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them succeed and grow.
Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to drive successful marketing initiatives.

In addition to those qualities, here are some must-haves:
Educated with Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field from a top-notch university.
A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team.
Experience in the technology industry or startup environment, having driven growth in early stages or scaled established businesses.
Proven success in driving marketing outcomes, such as memberships/loyalty, quick commerce, monetization initiatives, and master brand development.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and measure success.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Arabic-speaking markets is an advantage.
