We are hiring a Product Design Director to join a global, market-leading digital, data, and security platform.

Offering a range of digital products and services within online security, our client has aggressive growth plans and is hiring a critical role for a design leader to manage a team of designers whilst working alongside the product and tech leadership team to take responsibility for the design strategy and process.

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with engineering, product management, brand, and Go-To-Market to bring a vision to the market

• Define, direct, and influence strategic vision for a suite of products, bringing together multiple product areas into a holistic experience

• Lead and grow the product design team that is responsible for customers to understand and optimise their digital experience on online security products

• Create broad visibility into learnings and impact; develop an organisation-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact your team delivers to the company

• Work across multiple teams (including product and technology) and locations to collaboratively develop and ensure all of the UI/UX experiences follow a shared vision

• You will be part of one of the multidisciplinary teams who build the mobile app's products and experiences for customers

• Prototyping (using Figma, Sketch, or other relevant tools)

• Usability evaluation (through quantitative or qualitative research)

• Setting up and operating a design system
