​Reporting straight into the Chief Technology Officer, the Director of Technical Talent Development will lead technical talent attraction as well as play a pivotal role in devising and executing strategies to attract technical talent all career stages to the business!

The Technical Talent Development Director will form key relationships with educational institutions, crafting key employer branding initiatives, ultimately showcasing our client as the ultimate destination for engineering professionals.

Ideal Experience:

• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and talent attraction surrounding this including industry trends and market insights

• Experience working within early careers and relevant educational institutions

• Business development skills; acquiring new partners and business

• Experience working across talent development programmes; identifying skills gaps, mentorship programmes and coaching

• Ability to network and maintain relationships with key academic communities, industry professionals and talent groups

• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage engineering teams

• Experience working across either technical graduate schemes or entry-level talent programmes

• Experience attending relevant technical industry events
