Job description

We have partnered with an AV & Security Solutions provider based in Saudi Arabia who are looking for an ELV/AV Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.​ They are focusing primarily on high-end commerical fit-out projects within KSA and The UAE.

You will be responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration, structured cabling, security & access control, CCTV and IT projects. Ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety, reporting and customer satisfaction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and planning of installation works within Structured cabling, Access Control, CCTV, AV and IT

  • Management of projects, on time, within budget and in a professional manner and direct people management of the project team

  • Control, direct and co-ordinate teams of engineers and sub-contractors work whilst on site

  • Responsible for the implementation of procedures for the execution of work, briefing instructions to the staff in a timely fashion and ensuring that all elements of best practice are exercised

  • Planning and scheduling of human resource and equipment requirements for programmed jobs, guaranteeing that the jobs are completed within the specified time frame and budget allocated

  • Conduct regular safety and quality audits and monitor health & safety of allocated engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that the employees are working safely by using the correct equipment in the correct manner in compliance with all legislation

  • Manage work in hand to maximize the productivity of the team, accuracy of forecasts, and jobs completed in a timely manner

  • Monitor and control allocated budgets and prepare reports and programmes as required by the Contracts Manager

  • Prepare, control and distribute commercial documentation in accordance with contractual obligations, liaising with EuroTech’s Finance Team as required. •Allocate tasks to project team members

  • Contribute to company CRM and other technology as required
