Key Requirements

• 4–6+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, or operational leadership roles

• Strong exposure to regulated environments, fintech, financial services, or institutional platforms

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, complex priorities, and confidential matters

• Sharp operational mindset with strategic thinking capability

• Experience working in the UAE business environment

• Ambition, maturity, and sound judgment (yes, this actually matters)
