They’re building something big and need a Founding Lead Product Designer to help shape the entire design function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join early, set the direction, and build the design culture.

🔍 What they’re looking for:

• End-to-end Product Design experience

• FinTech or payments background

• Strong design systems experience

• Confident designing across multiple platforms

They're open to someone stepping up into their first Lead role or someone already operating at that level looking for a new challenge.

💰 Salary: AED 35–45k/month (plus benefits - full package still being finalised)

📍 Full-time, on-site in the UAE (relocation available)
