Role Overview

We are looking for a Front End Development Lead to drive web and mobile UI development. This role combines leadership, architecture and hands-on coding, with a mandate to embed AI-powered workflows into everyday engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 front-end engineers, fostering a positive, productive culture.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and drive best practices.

• Build performant, responsive, and SEO-optimized front-ends using React.js and Static Site Generators (Next.js, Gatsby, Astro).

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences.

• Advocate for accessibility, design consistency, and CI/CD best practices (Vercel).

• Promote AI-first coding culture using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor, and Replit.

Requirements

• 7+ years of front-end development experience.

• Strong expertise in React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Proven track record leading and motivating engineering teams

• Experience with deploying and optimizing static sites.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with PHP or Python a plus.
