Job description

​Our client, a leading beauty brand are searching for a Global Supply Planner to join their team in their UAE office. You will be in charge of managing the efficient supply of our clients product to all business units globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end supply planning process facilitated by planning system - B2Wise - to ensure efficient product availability within the entire network.

• Collaborate closely with Global Demand Planning, Procurement, Operations, and suppliers to translate forecasts into actionable supply plans.

• Manage a healthy inventory profile to maximize value driven from the working capital and eliminate wastage within the network.

• Define the optimal operating framework (safety stock, MOQ’s, transportation network) to create a resilient & agile supply network.

• Monitor and analyze supply constraints, proactively flagging and resolving risks that may affect production schedules or launch readiness.

• Maintain accurate planning master data in B2Wise, ensuring proper lead times, MOQ, safety stock, and BOM structures are up to date.

• Support cross-functional S&OP processes by providing visibility on raw material supply status, capacity, and constraints.

• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and contract fillers to ensure timely delivery.

• Continuously improve planning accuracy through forecast analysis, supplier feedback, and historical consumption trends.

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly planning reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in global supply planning, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or fragrance industry.

• Strong knowledge of supply planning systems—experience with B2Wise is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of raw material/component planning and manufacturing lead times.

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with ERP and planning tools.

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
