• Develop conversational AI systems, algorithms and models for accurate and effective chatbot responses.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design AI solutions.

• Analyse data to evaluate performance and ensure scalability, reliability and efficiency of AI systems.

• Stay updated on advancements in conversational AI and natural language processing.

• Guide the company's AI direction, identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.

• Extensive AI development experience with a focus on big models, conversational AI and natural language processing.

• Proficient in machine learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning.

• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

• Previous leadership experience.
