Are you obsessed with turning first-time shoppers into loyal fans? We’re looking for aSenior Lifecycle Marketerto own the customer journey from onboarding to retention and win-back. You’ll craft campaigns that keep customers engaged acrossemail, WhatsApp, push, and SMS, segment intelligently, automate flawlessly, and continuously optimise for results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full lifecycle: onboarding → engagement → retention → win-back.

  • Build, optimise, and scale automated flows across email, WhatsApp, push, and SMS.

  • Segment audiences based on behaviour, purchase history, and engagement.

  • Translate business goals into targeting logic, dynamic content, and segmentation strategies.

  • A/B test campaigns, analyze results, and iterate to drive growth.

  • Coordinate with Category Managers to tailor campaigns to products.

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of all CRM KPIs.

  • Use SQL to build targeting queries and send logic.

  • Create journeys that reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of lifecycle / CRM marketing experience in e-commerce or marketplaces.

  • Hands-on experience with email & marketing automation tools.

  • Strong SQL skills – you can pull and manipulate your own data.

  • Expertise in segmentation, personalisation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Comfortable living in dashboards (Metabase, Looker, or similar).

  • Fluent English (Arabic preferred).
