Job description
Our client, a globally recognised organisation, is entering an exciting new phase of transformation. With a renewed emphasis on brand evolution and customer connection, they are seeking a Head of Brand to lead global strategy, performance, and storytelling.
In this senior leadership role, you will serve as the strategic guardian of the brand—driving sustainable growth, cultural relevance, and long-term impact while inspiring internal teams and engaging audiences around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of global brand strategy, positioning, and purpose
Translate brand strategy into actionable frameworks that inform marketing, customer experience, and engagement
Monitor brand performance and convert insights into strategic growth opportunities
Ensure brand integration across all functions and customer touchpoints, including company culture and product development
Establish strong brand governance, ensuring consistency and alignment across all markets
Manage creative agencies and external partners, ensuring creative excellence and brand integrity
Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring teams and driving a clear and compelling brand vision
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in brand or marketing leadership, including 3+ years in a senior strategic role.
Proven success in global roles within complex, matrixed organisations.
Demonstrated ability to grow brand equity and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong strategic and creative thinking, with excellent commercial and business acumen.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
