Job description

​An innovative and fast-scaling events business is looking for a Head of Brand and Content to lead strategic brand development and content marketing across a diverse event portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for growing audience engagement, driving inbound performance, and managing the organic social, PR, and website strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 11 to deliver consistent brand messaging across digital channels

  • Own brand strategy, content creation, PR, and organic social media

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams to drive engagement

  • Oversee website performance and top-of-funnel (TOF) conversion campaigns

  • Drive content innovation using data insights and performance metrics

  • Ensure brand governance and support cross-functional alignment with business goals

  • Lead portfolio rebrands, sustainability messaging, and partner collaborations

  • Act as brand ambassador, ensuring high-impact campaigns and consistent voice

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years in brand and digital marketing within events, tech, or B2B sectors

  • Proven leadership in growing brands and managing high-performing teams

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand with growth objectives

  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems (SEO, content, PR, PPC, social)

  • Data-driven mindset with experience delivering measurable results

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Confident working at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment
