As the Head of Business Development, you will be tasked with localizing and leading the growth of the company’s operations in Dubai. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of the local business environment and practices, your strong business acumen, and your expertise in digital marketing, you will identify potential clients, craft custom approaches, and schedule meetings to showcase the company’s services. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients
Collaborating in the creation of customized offers and solutions
Representing the company at industry events and webinars
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
Keeping abreast of e-commerce trends in Dubai to inform the company’s strategy
The ideal candidate will possess:
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai business environment and practices from prior experience in the region
Exceptional business acumen
A proven track record of successful business development, ideally in a consulting or digital industry setting
A demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and initiate contact to build a pipeline of potential clients
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
A comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and its application in e-commerce
Fluency in English and Arabic
